Users must provide correct information while creating or using an account. Rydar may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts in case of misuse, false information, fraud, violation of rules, or security concerns.
4. Driver Responsibility
Drivers are responsible for lawful driving, valid documents, vehicle condition, safe conduct, and compliance with applicable traffic and transport laws.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for providing correct pickup and drop-off information, paying applicable fare, and using the service lawfully and respectfully.
6. Fare and Payments
Fare may be calculated through the platform based on applicable rules, distance, time, area, vehicle category, charges, discounts, bonuses, or other approved factors. Rydar may charge platform fees or commissions according to its policies.
7. Safety and Verification
Rydar may require verification of users, drivers, vehicles, phone numbers, documents, location, or other information to improve safety and reduce misuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rydar works to provide a reliable platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Rydar shall not be liable for losses caused by user misconduct, false information, network failure, device issues, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control.
9. Changes to Terms
Rydar may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.
